Church Photography Project 2023

The Church Photography Project is a project where I come to your church and photograph the interior at no charge. Each participating church will receive a mounted 19x13 print as a gift. Additional images and products can be purchased, with 10% of the gross sale being donated to the church. We hope to photograph over 50 churches this year. 

Santa Bows To Jesus Project

Santa Bows To Jesus Project is something I've been wanting to do for many years now, but have always been too busy to coordinate during the Christmas season. But this year, with the help of my dear friend Carol Sullivan, we've been able to schedule several area churches to receive a visit from Santa who will kneel before baby Jesus and be photographed by me.  A 19x13 fine art portrait of the image created will be given as a gift to each of those churches. 

Although Santa's history is from the Turkish bishop St. Nicholas, there has been a recent push to separate Santa from the real reason for gift giving. Through this Project, we hope to help the children realize the reason for the season; the reason they receive gifts. It is because of the Gift God has given us, that Santa even exists. Several years ago, during a Santa Storybook Art experience, a 4 year old girl approached Santa and asked "do you believe in Jesus?" And Santa's answer was simple "I exist BECAUSE of Jesus." We hope this Project helps send that message. 

A special thank you to Santa and to the church coordinators for preparing their mangers for our visit. These sessions are typically done about a week before Christmas until January 6th. Your Manger does need to be set up for this session.
